Free tier with daily quota; paid tiers with higher quotas. Endpoints documented at docs.poddly.com. 2. **Acceptable use** — see [aup.md](./aup.md). 3. **Pricing** — see pricing_plans table; in v1 plans are Free / Indie ($29/mo) / Pro ($99/mo) / Scale (contact). Billed monthly via Stripe. Tax computed by Stripe Tax. 4. **Quota & rate limits** — daily request quota enforced at the tier level. Per-second rate limits per tier. Quota over runs are hard-blocked in v1 (no overage charges); overage billing lands in v2. 5. **Service availability** — best-effort, no SLA in v1. Status page at status.poddly.com. 6. **Termination** — we may suspend an account for AUP violation, payment failure (per Stripe dunning), or anomalous usage. The anomaly auto-pause threshold is 20x the rolling 14-day baseline on a key with at least 100 requests today. 7. **Limitation of liability** — placeholder.
